About the Role
Join Pullman London St Pancras as a Night Welcome Supervisor and be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the hotel. You will welcome all guests with care and attention, providing a personalised approach that anticipates their needs and offers suitable solutions. You will convey the hotel’s image and actively promote the company’s loyalty programme. Your role includes assisting with guest feedback, handling any issues efficiently and satisfactorily. You will have comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, services, events, and the surrounding area to actively promote them to guests. You will manage all guest arrival and departure operations in compliance with payment procedures and inform guests about formalities, special conditions, and available services. As a leader, you will supervise, support, train, and develop the Night Welcomers and cover Night Manager duties during periods of leave. You will contribute to the qualitative and quantitative targets of the department and promote the Pullman brand philosophy through exemplary attitude, behaviour, uniform, and excellent communication skills.

Experience
Previous experience in a guest-facing role within hospitality is preferred. Experience in supervising or leading a team is advantageous.

You are able to handle guest feedback efficiently and maintain composure in challenging situations.
