About the Role
Working From_ Southwark is a vibrant coworking space located in The Hoxton, Southwark. As a Home Host, you will be the primary point of contact for members, ensuring they feel welcome and supported throughout their time in the space. Your responsibilities include greeting members and guests, managing day passes, handling sales enquiries and tours when needed, restocking pantries and stationery, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all floors.
You will take ownership of the front desk operations, including meeting room setup and calendar management, processing mail and deliveries, and supporting housekeeping and café teams during busy periods. You will also cover barista shifts on the 12th floor when required.
The role requires close collaboration with the coworking and engagement teams to deliver an exceptional member experience from first contact through ongoing membership. You will be responsible for reporting, stock management, building walkarounds with opening and closing checklists, and ensuring all maintenance or IT issues are promptly addressed.
Training will be provided on property management systems and company standards. You will also support management with member engagement and event setup, adhering to all SOPs and company policies.
This role offers a dynamic and varied work environment where no two days are the same, and you will be part of a supportive team focused on creating memorable experiences for members and guests.

Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential. A proactive and friendly approach to member service is key.
