About the Role
Join the team at Novotel London Blackfriars as a part-time Night Auditor and play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality during overnight hours. Reporting to the Front Office Manager and working under the Night Manager, you will ensure smooth hotel operations and excellent guest service throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include conducting end-of-day financial audits, reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and generating daily reports for management. You will facilitate check-in and check-out processes, assist guests with enquiries, reservations, and late-night arrivals or early departures. Acting as the primary hotel representative overnight, you will monitor safety and security systems alongside the security team, respond to incidents or emergencies, and escalate issues as needed. Additionally, you will support the preparation and service of the night menu, ensuring guest requests for food and beverages are handled efficiently. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a warm and professional presence.

Experience
Previous experience using Opera Cloud is desirable but not essential.
