About the Role
Reporting to the EVP of Global Partnerships, the Partnerships Activation Manager will bring our global partnerships to life, focusing on UK and European properties. You will coordinate activations from planning through delivery, working closely with central teams, properties, and external partners to ensure commitments are met accurately, on time, and within budget. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys creating exceptional experiences, building strong relationships, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the EVP with annual partner activation programmes, reviewing contracts, maintaining activation trackers, and coordinating deliverables. You will develop and manage the partner activation calendar, keeping all stakeholders informed of key timelines and milestones.

You will coordinate partner activations from initial planning to delivery and evaluation by building clear project plans, managing communications between partners and internal teams, delivering marketing activities across channels, managing on-site partner activity when needed, and creating post-activation recap decks and performance summaries.

Managing and tracking activation budgets, monitoring expenditure, and ensuring alignment with financial guidelines will be essential. You will collaborate with brand, marketing, operations, and property teams to deliver consistent, high-quality activations.

Additionally, you will help transform partner events into meaningful marketing moments by identifying opportunities to extend reach and impact. You will support partnership compliance by reviewing delivery against contractual commitments and brand standards, building strong relationships with local operations teams to identify gaps and agree on solutions.

Collecting and analysing property consumption data to understand performance and identify improvements will be part of your role. You will also support the smooth running of the Partnerships team by coordinating calendars, travel, and expense reconciliation.

Travel to properties and partner events is required, including quarterly UK travel and occasional international trips.

About you
Clear and thoughtful verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build trusted relationships with partners, property teams, and colleagues across different levels and markets.
