About the Role
Ennismore is a global collective of entrepreneurial and founder-built brands with creativity and purpose at their heart. Founded in 2011, Ennismore is the fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality company, bringing together 15 hotel brands, 210+ hotels, 85+ Paris Society venues, over 700 restaurant and bar concepts, and a growing network of branded residences across more than 45 countries. With four dedicated in-house studios spanning F&B, design, technology and partnerships, Ennismore is redefining lifestyle hospitality through experiences rooted in culture, community and creativity.

We are seeking an organised and passionate People & Culture Manager to join our Ennismore head office team on a 12-month maternity cover contract starting at the end of October. Reporting to the VP of People & Culture – Neighbourhood Hotels, Europe, you will partner with creative, development and operations teams to provide people-related advice, support and challenge thinking across our head office.

Your key responsibilities will include establishing strong partnerships across teams, informing and driving our People strategy to enhance business performance, supporting recruitment efforts, and aiding the growth and development of the People team. You will drive the review process, coach and support leaders to foster a high-performance culture, and play an integral role in embedding Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity initiatives.

As an ambassador for employee engagement, you will champion the link between engagement and business success. You will oversee operational aspects such as policies, processes and procedures, support payroll activities, manage benefit schemes, and keep the team informed about available benefits including Medicash, Nursery Scheme, and Private Medical Insurance.

You will also contribute ideas to streamline processes and deliver innovative solutions, while managing and inspiring a team comprising a People & Culture Coordinator and an Office Coordinator to provide the best experience for our people.
