About the Role
The AFLS Technical Architect (Delivery SME) plays a critical role in enterprise delivery execution, integration architecture, and technical program health within Salesforce's Agentforce POD. This role focuses on ensuring implementation quality and delivery rigor by identifying delivery process failures, integration issues, data migration risks, and execution gaps that may threaten go-live. You will assess delivery execution across technical workstreams, conduct root cause analysis, perform hands-on technical remediation, validate go-live readiness, and support continuous improvement through documentation and coaching. This position requires deep expertise in Salesforce implementations, integration design, and data migration frameworks, with a strong emphasis on delivery process improvement and technical stabilization.

Experience
- 10+ years in enterprise delivery execution, integration architecture, or data migration on large-scale Salesforce implementations
- Hands-on experience with integration design (REST/SOAP, middleware) and data migration frameworks
- Strong root-cause analysis skills to distinguish delivery-process failures from product issues

- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving delivery execution blockers
- Skilled in coaching and collaborating with SI partners on sprint execution, release management, and quality gates
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on AI-driven solutions

Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application Architect credential (preferred)
- Familiarity with AFLS Transformation Framework or equivalent data migration tooling (preferred)
