About the Role
We’re seeking a Reservations Agent on a 6-month fixed term contract to deliver brilliant and genuinely helpful customer service for every guest looking to stay at our London Hoxton hotels. London is where it all began for Hoxton, and our four sites perfectly embody the Hoxton mood, set across lively and interesting city neighbourhoods. Whether reviving existing buildings or creating exciting new spaces, our hotels offer unique design vibes.

In this role, you will manage new and existing individual room reservations via telephone, email, and website channels. You will anticipate guest needs and proactively provide solutions to exceed their expectations. Monitoring booking channels closely, you will maximise revenue and identify sales opportunities. You will work closely with corporate clients, bookers, and agents, and communicate effectively with the Front Office and Restaurant Teams to facilitate a seamless guest experience. Additionally, you will step in for the Reservations Supervisor or Manager when required.

Experience
Previous experience in hotel reservations is preferred but not mandatory. We value how you contribute to the team and will provide all necessary training about hotel reservations.

- Proficiency in another language (French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch) is a plus.
- Comfortable with computers and telephone communication.
- Passionate about hospitality, whether it’s a drink, a meal, an event, or a bed for the night.
