About the Role
The Savoy is one of the world's most iconic hotels, renowned for outstanding service excellence since 1889. As a Reservations Consultant, you will work within the Reservations Team to promote and sell The Savoy bedrooms and facilities, contributing directly to maximising revenue. Your responsibilities will include converting enquiries into bookings, recognising business prospects and upselling opportunities, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the hotel and its offerings. You will deliver efficient and intuitive guest service by responding to all guest enquiries in line with Savoy standards, ensuring flawless reservation updates to guarantee a seamless arrival and departure experience. You will also be expected to understand hotel targets and forecasts, pay exceptional attention to detail, and build strong relationships with guests and colleagues. Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks is essential to success in this role.

Experience
1-3 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry.
