About the Role
Join Raffles London at The OWO, a landmark Grade II* listed Edwardian building, as a Residential Housekeeping Floor Supervisor. You will oversee and lead housekeeping duties within the Residential department, guiding and training Room Attendants on your allocation and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in vacant and occupied apartments. Your role is pivotal in delivering a seamless and exceptional guest experience, maintaining cleanliness across apartments, corridors, staircases, and service areas to meet Raffles London’s exacting standards.
As a key ambassador of Raffles values, you will interact warmly and professionally with guests and colleagues, assist with hotel housekeeping when required, and ensure smooth communication and teamwork within the housekeeping department. You will also liaise with other departments, report maintenance faults, and follow up on repairs. Additional responsibilities include supporting the team in the absence of senior staff and performing duties in other departments or restaurants as needed.

Experience
Proven track record of delivering high levels of service under pressure. Previous housekeeping and supervisory experience is desirable. Experience within a luxury hotel environment working with LQA, Forbes 5* or equivalent standards is an advantage.

Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional appearance. Willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule, including night shifts. Ability to remain composed under pressure and provide leadership and guidance to the team. A proactive approach to health and safety, with full awareness of fire, emergency, and bomb procedures.
Qualifications
Essential qualities include enthusiasm, commitment, and a strong service mindset. No specific formal qualifications are required, but relevant experience and a willingness to learn and adapt are important. Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as pulling, lifting, and pushing is necessary.
