About the Role
The Savoy is one of the world's most iconic hotels, renowned for its outstanding service excellence and rich history since 1889. As a Room Attendant, you will take pride in creating the finest presentation of guest bedrooms and public areas, consistently exceeding guest expectations. Initially specialising in guest rooms, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills across public areas, laundry, and cloakroom, becoming a well-rounded multi-skilled Guest Servicing Agent.
Your responsibilities include undertaking all servicing requirements in line with our high standards, handling guest requests and belongings with care and discretion, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas, and engaging with guests to create memorable moments. You will assist with laundry and valet services, process guest and staff garments, and ensure all communications and operations uphold The Savoy’s exceptional service standards.
Additional duties include preparing guest rooms and public areas within allocated timeframes, reporting maintenance or cleanliness issues, completing room audits, assisting with guest enquiries, handling guest property securely, and ensuring safe use of master room keys. You will also support cloakroom services, assist with packing/unpacking for guests, polish shoes, and manage linen and uniform inventories.

Experience
- Minimum 6 months experience in housekeeping preferred
- At least 1 year of hospitality industry experience is desirable but not essential
