About the Role
The Savoy is one of the world's most iconic hotels, renowned for outstanding service excellence since 1889. As a Room Attendant, you will take pride in creating the finest presentation of guest bedrooms and public areas, consistently exceeding guest expectations. Initially specialising in guest rooms, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills across public areas, laundry, and cloakroom to become a well-rounded multi-skilled Guest Servicing Agent.

Your responsibilities include servicing guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards, handling guest requests and belongings with care and discretion, maintaining cleanliness, and engaging with guests to create memorable experiences. You will also assist with laundry and valet services, process guest and staff garments, and support cloakroom operations.

Key duties involve preparing and inspecting rooms, replenishing mini-bars, reporting maintenance issues, cleaning public areas, assisting guests with enquiries and directions, handling guest property securely, and ensuring all communications align with our service standards. You will operate laundry equipment, manage linen stocks, and assist with garment repairs and uniform distribution.

Experience
Minimum 6 months in housekeeping and 1 year in the hospitality industry preferred but not essential.
