About the Role
Delano London, part of Ennismore and a joint venture with Accor, is an exciting new hotel overlooking Kensington Gardens featuring 67 rooms and suites, the legendary Rose Bar and Rose Lounge, and The Source wellness offering. We are seeking a Security Manager to ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members. You will take ownership of security standards at the hotel by developing and implementing security policies, liaising with law enforcement and relevant agencies, conducting regular safety inspections, and managing the security team. Your team will monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a safe environment, proactively prevent losses and damage, report irregularities, and address policy violations. You will ensure continuous compliance with company policies and UK laws, working cooperatively with all departments to provide efficient security support. This is a unique opportunity to help launch Delano London and shape the safety and security experience from day one.

Experience
Minimum two years of relevant security team experience, preferably within an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.

Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive and productive relationships with key managers and departments. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to promote teamwork. Commitment to delivering discreet, personalised, and exceptional service while protecting the guest experience.

Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety. Compliance with all company policies and relevant UK laws and regulations is essential.
