About the Role
Join the prestigious Raffles London at The OWO, a landmark luxury hotel located in the historic Old War Office building on Whitehall. As a Spa Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of the Guerlain Spa and Pillar Wellness, responsible for greeting guests and members with warmth and professionalism. Your role includes managing spa treatment bookings, providing personalised attention, anticipating guest needs, and escorting them to appropriate spa and fitness areas. You will ensure smooth communication and collaboration with all hotel departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience that exceeds expectations. Your responsibilities also include handling transactions accurately, maintaining spa ambience, and upholding confidentiality and health and safety standards within the spa environment. This role requires flexibility to support other spa and fitness staff as needed and a commitment to delivering luxury service in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

Experience
Passion for wellness with previous experience working in luxury spas is essential. Experience within a luxury hotel environment adhering to LQA, Forbes 5* or equivalent standards is desirable.

Enthusiastic and committed to delivering the highest levels of service and guest experiences in any situation. Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional appearance. Willingness to contribute flexibly to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.

Qualifications
A proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure. Knowledgeable about spa treatments, therapies, and facilities. Ability to handle guest concerns with discretion and urgency. Understanding of health and safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
