About the Role
Your role will be responsible for performing spa treatment sessions within the spa and wellness department at Raffles London OWO. You will perform spa treatments in a safe, professional, and hygienic manner, ensuring uncompromising attention to guests and members. Staying updated with the latest trends and servicing protocols, you will work closely with all hotel departments to ensure smooth and consistent service that surpasses guests’ expectations. As an ambassador for the spa, you will represent the brand values of Raffles and Accor, maintaining a professional appearance and courteous demeanour at all times. Responsibilities include recommending treatment aftercare, selling spa retail products, maintaining treatment room standards and inventory, assisting in spa operations including reception and thermal areas, and adhering strictly to health and safety procedures to ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and property.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a spa therapist, preferably within luxury spas. Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment working with LQA, Forbes 5* or equivalent standards is desirable.

Passion for wellness and commitment to delivering the best service and experiences possible in any situation. Ability to provide high levels of service under pressure with exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining an immaculate and professional appearance. Enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to work within a 24-hour operational schedule when required.

Qualifications
Maintain current professional license. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is essential.
