About the Role

We are seeking hands-on Technical Architects to join our Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group. In this role, you will lead the technical implementation of complex, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, leveraging your deep expertise in Salesforce Core (Sales/Service Cloud + Platform), coding proficiency, and enterprise integration knowledge. You will design and build robust architectures, ensuring the platform is secure, highly performant, and ready for enterprise AI usage. Collaborating closely with solution architects, developers, and project managers in agile frameworks, you will translate business needs into technical reality by designing, testing, and deploying complex code and integration patterns. As a steward of technical excellence, you will engage with engineering and product teams to drive value and contribute to internal thought leadership by defining coding standards and environment management best practices. This is an opportunity to partner with executive customer stakeholders, design scalable technical architectures, proactively manage risks, and lead initiatives that grow the technical practice within Salesforce.

Experience
- Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience in major software domains such as CRM, ERP, or HR.
- Proficient coding experience in object-oriented languages.
- Experience defining technical system architecture, identifying gaps, and designing comprehensive solutions including multi-org/landscape strategies.
- Knowledge of API patterns (REST/SOAP/Bulk/Platform Events) and integrating Salesforce with various business systems (ETL, middleware, legacy CRM).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to develop technical materials and articulate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to rapidly learn new coding concepts, platform capabilities, and AI technologies.
- Willingness and availability to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and the Lightning Platform.
- Relevant technical certifications such as Application/System Architect credentials are highly regarded; 6+ Core certifications preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., SAFE).
- Familiarity with adjacent Salesforce clouds (Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, Data 360) and platform-native automation/AI tooling is a plus.
