About the Role
Leydi is a modern Turkish restaurant bringing the all-day food culture of Istanbul to London, serving expertly-prepared mangal meat & fish, heritage grain wood-fired breads, low intervention wines, and offering a sophisticated and fun ambience. Located in Hyde London City, a lavish seven-storey, 111-room property at 15 Old Bailey, Leydi offers a bustling dining room filled with laughter, clattering pans, punchy cocktails, magnums of wine, and an East meets West soundtrack.

As a Waiter, you will be the face of our guests’ experience, bringing your own flavour to their table and ensuring they have a memorable visit from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include setting up and breaking down the floor, service stations, and backstage areas; greeting guests and accommodating their requests; managing the reservations system for bookings and special requests; stocking condiments and assisting with stock management; cleaning all restaurant spaces accessible to guests; and maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the venue.

Experience
Previous experience in a busy Front of House role is essential. You genuinely care about making people feel looked after and anticipate guest needs before they arise.
