About the Role
We are looking for a Waiter to join our team at The Hoxton, Shoreditch in the Llama Inn Restaurant. Llama Inn is a warm open space featuring natural wood furniture, tall ceilings, and steel beams. Our cuisine celebrates all things Peru, including ceviche, our famous lomo Saltado, Cancha, and other unique Peruvian fare. Our cocktail and spirit list highlights Peru’s pisco as the star, alongside a creative cocktail menu with unique takes on classics from around the globe. The wine list features selections from Spain and Latin America, available by the glass or bottle to suit any palate. Whether early or late, Llama Inn offers a full dining experience perfect for any celebration or occasion. As a Waiter, you will be the face of our guests’ experience, bringing your own flavour to the table, telling the story of the restaurant, and ensuring guests have a great time from arrival to departure.
