About the Role
As a Chef de Rang at Mauro Colagreco Restaurant within Raffles London at The OWO, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional day-to-day service that reflects the brand's commitment to outstanding guest experiences. You will lead a station, manage commis waiters to ensure smooth service, and act as the communication link between front of house and back of house teams. Your duties include maintaining the restaurant and station standards, supporting hostess, baristas and other team members, and relaying guest feedback to management. You will be knowledgeable about the menu and products, deliver food orders promptly with detailed explanations, assist with table settings, and ensure food safety standards are met. Additional responsibilities include covering for line managers or senior employees when required and performing other duties across departments or restaurants as assigned.

Experience
Proven track record of surprising and delighting guests with high levels of service under pressure. Previous experience within a luxury hotel environment working with LQA, Forbes 5* or equivalent standards is desirable but not essential.
