About the Role
We are looking for a Waiter to join our team at The Hoxton, Southwark, working in our rooftop restaurant Seabird. Located on the 14th floor, Seabird offers panoramic views of London alongside a sea-to-table menu inspired by Portuguese and Spanish influences, featuring an impressive raw bar and London’s longest oyster list. As a Waiter, you will be the face of our guests’ experience, ensuring every visitor has a memorable time from arrival to departure by delivering exceptional hospitality with your own unique style. You will be part of a vibrant team in a dynamic environment, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the colourful history and spirit of Southwark.

Experience
Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential. Passion for creating memorable guest experiences is key.
