About the Role
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, used by millions of companies worldwide to accept payments, grow revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, offering an unprecedented opportunity to impact the global economy.

The Corporate Security Systems and Infrastructure (CSI) team safeguards Stripe’s people, offices, and operations by designing, delivering, and maintaining secure infrastructure across our global workplace portfolio. We take an intelligence-led, risk-based approach and collaborate closely with Workplace, IT, Security Operations, Legal, and external vendors to build reliable, scalable physical security systems.

As a Corporate Security Infrastructure Project Manager, you will lead the security infrastructure workstream for new offices, expansions, relocations, and major workplace upgrades, initially focusing on Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), with support for global projects as needed. You will manage projects from early site assessment and design through installation, testing, commissioning, and operational handover, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent projects.

In addition to delivering projects, you will improve CSI program standards, documentation, vendor performance, reporting, and project management processes. You will communicate clearly with technical teams, business partners, vendors, and senior leaders, navigating ambiguity and surfacing decisions early.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end delivery of security infrastructure for office construction and expansion projects; managing RFPs for security installations; coordinating security designs and technical requirements with cross-functional teams; managing security integrators, consultants, and contractors; overseeing system installation, acceptance testing, commissioning, and documentation; ensuring smooth handover to the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC); maintaining and improving global construction standards and project documentation; developing project health metrics and vendor KPIs; supporting new market and site evaluations; assisting with security repair and maintenance programs in EMEA; partnering with CSI engineers and leadership to prioritize work and scale processes; and traveling up to 25%, including internationally, to support project milestones and site assessments.

Requirements

Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex physical security, workplace technology, low-voltage, construction, or similarly technical infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across full lifecycle with ownership of scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery among technical teams, business partners, design and construction teams, vendors, and senior leaders.
- Strong vendor and contractor management skills, including defining requirements, managing contracts or statements of work, tracking delivery, and addressing performance issues.
- Working knowledge of physical security systems such as access control, video management, intrusion detection, intercoms, low-voltage infrastructure, and door hardware.
- Experience establishing project management processes, tracking performance metrics, and applying lessons learned to improve delivery.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 25%.

About you
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical details into clear decisions, risks, tradeoffs, and next steps for diverse audiences.
- Strong judgment and structured problem-solving skills; able to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, anticipate issues, and drive timely decisions.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation, standards, and operational handoffs.

Qualifications
- Preferred: Experience delivering security infrastructure for offices in multiple countries or regions, particularly in EMEA.
- Preferred: Experience with Genetec Security Center products and active Genetec certification.
- Preferred: Familiarity with system integrations, networking fundamentals, APIs, webhooks, or cloud-managed security technologies.
- Preferred: Experience managing budgets, forecasts, vendor KPIs, SLAs, and portfolio-level reporting.
- Preferred: Experience using project management and workflow tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.
- Preferred: Experience reviewing and marking up construction and security design documentation using Bluebeam Revu or similar tools, and knowledge of commissioning practices and relevant local codes.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, security management, IT, engineering, or related field; or relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ASIS PSP/CPP, or SIA CSPM.
- Ability to select and use appropriate AI tools to improve work while critically evaluating outputs for accuracy and quality.
