About the Role
As a Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for general hotel maintenance with a focus on a room Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programme. Your duties will include painting, maintaining, repairing, and decorating surfaces of the building, furniture, rooms, and equipment throughout the facility to the highest standards. You will carry out preventive, remedial, and corrective maintenance by assisting the Maintenance Manager, perform technical maintenance in case of dysfunction, and conduct monthly checks on the hotel's technical installations. You will ensure the smooth running of the hotel's technical equipment and compliance with the brand's standards and procedures.

Experience
Proven maintenance experience. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools. Experience performing routine maintenance.
