About the Role
We are looking for a new Shift Engineer to join us at The Hoxton, Shepherd's Bush. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for repairs and resolving maintenance issues within the property. The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is located in the heart of an eclectic and diverse neighbourhood in West London, featuring 237 playfully designed bedrooms, an all-day restaurant - Chet’s serving Thai American comfort food, a large open lobby with vintage seating and cosy corners, a central wraparound bar, and terrace.

Your key duties will include fault repair, maintenance of equipment, plumbing, furniture, and lighting. You will perform general tasks such as connecting equipment, installing locks and hinges, conducting periodic maintenance, and carrying out installation work. You will also be responsible for accurate control of your work, workspace, and equipment, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements

Experience
Previous building maintenance experience is required. A solid understanding of health & safety regulations and practices is essential.

Qualifications
